The National Advisory Committee set up by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), to choose a running mate for the party’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, has recommended Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State as the best candidate ahead of 2023 general election.
Leakblast.com reports that the National Chairman of the Party, Dr Iyorchia Ayu, had earlier set up the committee after Atiku wrote the party to help choose his running mate.
Ayu had urged the panel to come up with a name who will run on a joint ticket with Atiku in the 2023 Presidential election between Thursday and Friday.
