President Muhammadu Buhari is meeting with the governors elected on the platform of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, a report has stated.
Leakblast notes that the meeting is taking place in less than 24 hours after the President of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan met with the President over the crisis threatening to tear the ruling party apart.

It had in attendance Atiku Bagudu, the chairman of Progressive Governors Forum (PGF) and Governor of Kebbi state, Simon Lalong, the chairman of Northern Governors Forum (NGF) and Plateau state governor, and Governor Abubakar Badaru of Jigawa state.
Though details of the meeting are yet to be known, it is learned that discussions would centre on the internal crisis rocking the ruling party.
