Breaking News: ISWAP attacks a Town in Borno State

ISWAP And its Parent Group Boko Haram, early Saturday Morning invaded Askira, a Lively but Remote Town in Borno State. The Incident took place about early Morning on Saturday when the Residents Witnessed about 12 gun trucks invading the Town.
Information coming from the Residents and some Security Sources have it that
the insurgents came at about 6am firing guns “indiscriminately on the streets as the convoy moves.”
Numbers of residents fled for Safety into the bush while some were trapped in their houses.“The situation is bad but the insurgents’ are withdrawing now,” One of the Residents said.
Askira is about 151 kilometres south of Maiduguri, the state capital. More deails are appear as no information is gathered if any injury or death occured at the time of the incidents.
