Covid-19: Ebonyi state Covid-19 task force disperses Umuada meeting with cane

Currently trending on social media is a video of some group of women in the southeast being chased by task force members.
This comes after the federal government put a ban on social gathering following the coronavirus pandemic.
The task force workers in the video, are seen chasing and flogging the women who attended the meeting known as Umu Ada As the world continues to battle with the pandemic coronavirus also known as COVID-19, the federal government of Nigeria in a bid to contain the virus placed a ban on social gathering amongst many other things.
However, not everyone seems to be obeying. Currently trending online is a video in southeast Nigeria, of how some women were dealt with by task force workers after they converged for their meeting known as Umu Ada.
In the video, the women are seen being addressed by the workers before they are attacked by the cane-wielding task force members who manage to flog some of them with others fleeing the meeting venue.
