Vehicular movements deadlocked and accident oriented during rain fall.
It is no longer news that the Enugu axis of the Enugu-Port-harcourt express way was awarded a long time ago but it will be an understatement if it is termed not fully progressing as motorists struggle to drive through especially when it rains and most often, leads to accidents.
A road user who pleaded to remain unanimous told leakblast reporter that he narrowly escaped death sometime last year as a cement truck side-turned on his vehicle while trying to drive through.
He also added that the pace of work progress is really slow and knowing fully well that the axis connects the east and south-south Nigeria, it will be of great relief if the contractors speed up the construction to avoid more accidents and loss of lives and valuable properties.
