The major leg of the charges against Ike Ekweremadu and his wife, Beatrice Nwanneka Ekweremadu have crashed as the organ donor, Ukpo David Nwamini has reportedly admitted he’s 21 years old.
One of the charges preferred against the Ekweremadus was that the Donor was a minor.
But at the resumption of the trial today at Westminster Magistrates Court, the victim the case has admitted to being 21 Years Old according to AriseTV.
TheLegal Counsel for the Ekweremadus denied any form of exploitation or an intent to exploit the alleged victim.

Present at the Westminster Magistrates Court are former senate minority leader – Eyinnanya Abaribe, former Senate President – David Mark, former Minister of State for Education – Hon. Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba and Chairman of the Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs – Adamu Bulkachuwa.
The trial was adjourned till August 4. Both are to remain in custody till the next hearing.
