President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Mrs. Maureen Allagoa as the Managing Director/Chief Executive of the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF).
Leakblast.com reports that Allagoa, the immediate former Executive Director, Administration, replaces the erstwhile Managing Director/Chief Executive, Mr. Mike Akabogu, who was sacked for the certificate of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) forgery and low productivity.
This was made known in a statement on Thursday by the Director Press & Public Relations Department, Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment, Olajide Oshundun.

Buhari also approved the re-constitution and placement of a new Management Board of the NSITF in line with the provisions of Section 4 and the powers conferred on him by Sections 7 and 8 of the NSITF Act, CAP N88, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria (LFN) 2004.
