Dr. Megafu Nwando Chinelo, is one of the victims onboard the ill-fated Abuja-Kaduna train attacked by bandit terrorists on Monday night has attracted emotional and angry reactions on social media.
This is as the doctor was said to have tweeted about her safety when the train was attacked but some social media users tagged her alarm as fake news.
Chinelo, a graduate of the University of Port Harcourt was said to have resigned from her appointment at St Gerald’s hospital in Kaduna amidst plans to relocate abroad on Friday.
“I’m in the train. I have been shot please pray for me,” Chinelo’s last tweet on the microblogging platform read.

However, the female medical doctor was said to have later died from gunshot wounds sustained during the attack.
The development has sparked several angry and emotional reactions on Twitter with many netizens lamenting that her country had failed such a young promising talent.
