Nigerians have wished the Super Eagles of Nigeria well as they prepare to face the Pharaohs of Egypt in the ongoing African Cup of Nations in Cameroon on Tuesday.

Both teams who are drawn in Group D alongside Sudan and Guinea-Bissau will clash at the Roumdé Adjia Stadium.

“As our very own Super Eagles face the Pharaoh of Egypt today, in their first match at the AFCON competition in Cameroon, here’s wishing them the strength, the speed and the agility of an eagle, may they also soar like the eagles they are.

“Lagos and indeed the whole of Nigeria is rooting for them. We’re proud of them, and salute them for their dedication, hard work and resilience.
