Dr Innocent Vakkai, the Chairman of the COVID-19 Technical Committee in Taraba, confirmed this on Monday while speaking at a news conference organised by the state Ministry of Information and Orientation in Jalingo.
He disclosed that the victims are receiving treatments at various isolation centres in the state, NAN reports.

Vakkai, the Commissioner for Health, also appealed to residents of the state to be cautious and always observe COVID-19 protocols to curb the spread of the disease.
A few days ago, the Enugu State Government also revealed that 15 members of the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, currently at the orientation camp, tested positive for COVID-19.
