As customers, friends and others have continued to expressed their joy for the grand opening of Makamachi Auto Care, the staff of the company are not left out as they have demonstrated their commitments to ensuring that their customers obtain a double value for their money for patronizing.

This was made known to Leakblast Reporters when they interviewed the staff in various units/departments of the company.

Speaking to our team of reporters, Mr. Raymond Emesi, the head of operations, stated that through their customer service platforms, such as Website, whatsapp Lines, complaint email address and contact phone numbers, they will be able to address some grievances that their esteemed customers might encounter in any unit of the company while services are being rendered to them. All these would be done to ensure we serve our customers Better.

The Chief Security Officer of the company assured their customers of utmost security services while and whenever they come to Patronize them. He disclosed that all their security personnels are properly trained in the act of observations and this allows them to determine any suspicious movement (s) in the company that might pose threat or discomfort to their valuable customers.

On her own remarks, Umeh Chiamaka, the front desk manager, stated that in order to ensure continued customers’ patronage, they do make sure that all their customers needs at the lounge are provided for, and if there is any reason why any need of their customers shouldn’t be met, that they would tackle it proactively to avoid any complaint . She went further to state that with their expertise in human relationship, customers can always feel at ease upon patronizing the company.

Mr Uchenna, the lounge attendant told Leakblast reporters that the company do discourage all forms of violent and unprofessional activities from their customers such as , smoking, stealing, fighting and others in the lounge. For him, a serene atmosphere is one of their top-most priorities for their customers and would always continue to provide and assure their customers of the best.

The staff from other units of the company like wheel balancing and alignment, car wash, and Cash units also reiterated their various commitments to providing optimal services to their customers.

They called on the residents of Enugu metropolis to patronize them as this would be the only way of seeing and experiencing for themselves all they have been talking about.
