Real Madrid legend, Iker Casillas has hailed Luka Modric’s pass for Rodrygo’s goal during the Los Blancos’ Champions League quarter-final second leg 3-2 defeat to Chelsea on Tuesday.
Modric provided a sensational pass for Rodrygo to make it 3-1 on the night and 4-4 on aggregate.
The match eventually ended in a 5-4 aggregate win in favour of Real Madrid, who had won the first leg 3-1 at Stamford Bridge last week.
Reacting, Casillashis, in a tweet via his Twitter handle after the game described Modric’s assist as a “crazy pass”.
The Spaniard tweeted: “At 1-3, lukamodric10 has the option of passing to Vinijr. It was the most logical pass and the one where he entered the rival goal without anyone.

“He puts the outside that we don’t know how to do even in a year and gives him a pass to RodrygoGoes who is a “fucking crazy PASS” of a goal! A-som-bro-so! Genius!”.
Meanwhile, Mason Mount, Antonio Rudiger and Timo Werner scored to give Chelsea a three-goal lead before Rodrygo struck with 10 minutes left.
Karim Benzema then sealed Real Madrid’s passage into the semi-final in extra time.
