It was a horribly terrifying moment for the people of Alor-Agu and Aguibeje communities both in Nsukka Zone of Enugu State as they fled their homes following an unconfirmed Facebook post warning of planned bandit attack, causing serious panic and tension.
As at when Leakblast reporters were gathering their reports, men of the community police and forest guards were already patrolling the area.
Hon. Festus Adojo, a former councilor in Aguibeje community and Mr. Abugu Emechebe, head of community police in Alor-Agu community confirmed the incidence and assured that the security agencies have been dully alerted and will soon be on ground.

However, some hours later, officers of the Nigerian Army arrived in three gun trucks to safeguard the village from any possible attack. Some of the indigenous people were returning to their homes already while some insisted to remain in exile pending when safety of their lives are assured.
