The unnamed shooter was shot and killed while he and other members of his group attempted to attack the Nteje Divisional Headquarters in Oyi LGA, Anambra state.
The agents discovered one type O6 rifle, one magazine, fifty-three live 5.56mm ammunition, and charms, according to DSP Ikenga Tochukwu’s statement.

According to Ikenga, one of the shooters was neutralised during the gunfight, and the assailants fled the area due to the superior fire of the Police Operatives.
The station has been secured, and all police officers and weapons have been recovered.
